Crytek (Ryse: Son of Rome, Crysis series) is joining forces with mobile gaming company DeNA for its first free-to-play mobile game, The Collectables.
Director of Business Development, Games-as-a-Service at Crytec, Paha Schulz, stated, “DeNA offers unparalleled experience in the mobile gaming space, and we’re excited to be collaborating with their team to deliver The Collectables to players.”
The Collectables is said to feature over-the-top gunfights and epic heroes in a balanced blend of action and tactical gameplay. Players will be tasked with with assembling a team of unique soldiers and sending them into the field of battle after upgrading their weapons and abilities. The game also boasts diverse enemy types, game-changing, unlockable rewards, and immersive 3D battlefields all presented with Crytek’s cutting-edge 3D game technology, CRYENGINE.
